It saves/recalls up to ten user-defined setups and ten sets of results. The BER tester supports out-of-service framed and unframed testing. It is ideally suited for E1 PCM line access, maintenance, inspection and acceptance testing. This tester is commonly used in R&D, production, installation and maintenance of SDH and PDH and data transmission systems.
GAO Instruments’ E1 BER tester, model A0300020, offers BER testing and signal analysis and can conduct tests manually or by using auto-timers. It conducts clock slip measurement, frequency and level measurements. This tester provides extensive error detection and indication such as transmission circuit open/short indication. It works continuously for up to six hours on a single charge and can be charged with an automobile battery adapter. The E1 BER tester uploads, saves and prints test results for analysis via Test Manager Pro™ software. It features built-in Ni MH rechargeable batteries and smart charger circuitry. In addition, this multi-functional E1 BER tester boasts upgradable software and a high resolution LCD with smart navigation menus.
