A Easy Way To Transfer Video /audio/playlist Between Ipod And Pc Without Itunes

I am not very good at using iTunes. It is very difficult to use, and you can not transfer your songs /movies back to your computer when your computer crashed down, if it is not purchased from Apple Store. So I had not used iTunes for a long time since I found Bigasoft iPod Transfer
