Ochalak will liaison with Oakland County Sheriff sales, attorneys representing mortgage lenders, title companies, etc. Michelle will identify families with homes in foreclosure that have the possibility of being rescued before their redemption period expires. “The resources, the information, the hardships are all out there,” he continued. “And, everybody knows the need is certainly everywhere,” said the Macomb County foreclosure expert.
