BeCrypt trusted client enables District Council to meet local government extranet data security requirements and bring home working capabilities for its employees with ensured data protection.
Becrypt announces its partnership with Mole Valley District Council to provide a range of network security solutions. This enables the council to meet the Code of Connection requirements to be able to access the Government Connect Secure Extranet (GCSx). Currently undergoing pilot projects, the council intends to roll out to all remote home workers across the district, once complete. Mole Valley District Council selected Becrypt solutions to provide data protection and information encryption across its IT portfolio. Becrypt Trusted Client is implemented to enable staff to continue to use home PCs whilst ensuring data security meeting the Code of Connection requirements to access GCSX. Trusted Client ensures that any malware from the host’s PC will not infect network security, and that ‘corporate’ data cannot leak onto the host PC.
