Approach road is horrible. Imagine 1900 vehicles every moring and evening on that crampy road. In most of 3BHK kitchen faces toilet at a gap of 3.5 feet. It's like cooking in toilets. Total cost of 2BHK and 3BHK with good facing and higer floor would cost same as any other project

+ 3 years interest the money you pay them now!!!
